Job Title: Senior SQL Developer (MS SQL Server)

:

- 10+ years of experience in SQL Server development, including advanced T-SQL programming, performance tuning, and database optimization.
- Proven experience with SQL Server 2012/2014/2016/2019/2022.
- Write, optimize, and maintain complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
- Solid experience in database design, schema normalization, and implementation of data models for large-scale systems.
- Expertise in SQL Server indexing, SQL query optimization and troubleshooting performance issues using Execution Plans, SQL Profiler, and other diagnostic tools.
- Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Database and cloud-native solutions is a plus.
- Experience with DevOps tools for SQL Server (e.g., automated deployments, continuous integration).
- Perform advanced performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting using SQL Profiler, Execution Plans, and Index Tuning.
- Identify bottlenecks, resolve database performance issues,



and continuously enhance query execution time.
- Conduct regular database performance audits and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
- Design and implement high-availability solutions, including AlwaysOn Availability Groups, Database Mirroring, and Replication.
- Ensure disaster recovery planning and execution, with consistent backups and offsite data protection strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
