About The Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Agentforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Platform, Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Data Cloud. The role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered Salesforce solutions while providing technical direction to development teams. The candidate will drive scalable solutions, development standards, integrations, DevOps practices, and technical delivery across Salesforce initiatives.

The role focuses on implementing Agentforce agents, actions, topics, instructions, prompts, and guardrails to enable AI-driven business processes across Sales, Service, and Employee Support functions. The technical lead will leverage Salesforce Flows, Apex, APIs, and Data Cloud while working with Solution Architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

The position also requires hands-on Salesforce development and enterprise integration experience, along with responsibility for technical design reviews, code quality, development governance, estimations, and mentoring. The candidate will support AI use-case discovery, design workshops, solution prototyping, and complex technical troubleshooting.

The role also covers DevOps and release management, including CI/CD implementation, deployment planning, environment strategies, application performance, and technical debt remediation. The candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Project Managers, and clients throughout delivery and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation of Salesforce Agentforce agents, actions, topics, prompts, instructions, and guardrails.
- Design AI-enabled business processes using Agentforce, Einstein AI, Salesforce Platform, and Data Cloud.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.




- Design and implement integrations using Salesforce APIs and REST/SOAP services.
- Lead Salesforce development teams, technical reviews, estimations, sprint planning, and development governance.
- Mentor developers and establish technical and coding standards.
- Support CI/CD, deployments, release planning, and environment management using relevant DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, support production deployments, and provide technical risk assessments and hypercare support.
