About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with hands-on expertise in AEM 6.x or higher, including AEM Sites and AEM Forms. The role involves designing and developing reusable components, templates, workflows, services, and enterprise integrations. Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, OSGi, JCR, Sling, REST/SOAP, and modern web technologies is required.

The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and supporting AEM Sites and AEM Forms solutions across enterprise environments. The developer will work on components, templates, workflows, services, and integrations while performing analysis, coding, unit testing, and production support.

The position also involves AEM package deployments, release support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. The developer will collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, QA, and development teams while following coding standards, security practices, performance requirements, and Agile delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain AEM Sites and AEM Forms solutions.
- Build reusable AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
- Develop integrations between AEM and enterprise or external systems.
- Perform analysis, development, coding, unit testing, and production support.
- Manage AEM package deployments across environments and support releases.
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, QA, and development teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimations, and technical reviews.

Required Skills

- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x or higher.
- AEM Forms, including Adaptive Forms, Interactive PDF, and LiveCycle.
- Java/J2EE and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- REST/SOAP web services and enterprise integrations.
- AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
- OSGi, JCR, Sling, Dispatcher, and AEM package deployment.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Git, Maven, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred / Good To Have

- Adobe AEM Developer Certification.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Forms, and content management workflows.
- Exposure to ReactJS, cloud deployments, and DevOps practices.
