About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Optimizely CMS Solutions Specialist to support the Web Collaboration team and help deliver scalable solutions for an enterprise internet platform. The role bridges business and IT teams, translating requirements into effective digital solutions through solution design, requirements analysis, testing, and delivery. Strong Optimizely CMS, stakeholder management, and business analysis expertise are essential.

The role focuses on supporting and enhancing an enterprise Optimizely CMS platform, working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to clarify requirements and design sustainable solutions. The specialist will assess proposed changes, support delivery activities, and ensure solutions meet business and technical expectations.

The position also involves CMS testing and quality assurance, documentation of solutions and procedures, and collaboration within Agile teams. The specialist will support the Scrum Master with activities such as refinements, sprint planning, and follow-ups while helping maintain effective web governance and content management processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate business requirements into practical and scalable Optimizely CMS solutions.
- Perform requirements clarification, business analysis, and solution design.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Group Communications, and IT teams.
- Assess the impact of proposed changes across a large enterprise website.
- Perform CMS testing and quality assurance for website enhancements.
- Support Scrum Master activities,



including refinements, sprint planning, and follow-ups.
- Document solutions, procedures, and relevant delivery processes.
- Apply web governance and content management practices while identifying opportunities for improved solutions.
