Job Summary

Hanswahini Group is looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Civil with 10–15 years of relevant experience in building construction and site execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent site management skills, and the ability to independently manage construction activities, contractors, manpower, materials, quality, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Independently handle site execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Supervise RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity calculations, measurements, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor manpower, material consumption, productivity, and work progress.
- Plan daily and weekly site activities and ensure timely completion.




- Identify technical and site-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, site records, and project documentation.
- Ensure proper quality control and adherence to safety procedures.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Manage multiple site activities and ensure smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site execution.
- Strong experience in building construction projects.
- Excellent knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Strong understanding of structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, quantity calculation, and measurements.
- Strong contractor, subcontractor, and manpower management skills.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to independently manage site execution.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
