? Role Overview

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow ITOM professionals with solid expertise in CMDB to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB solutions.

? Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, develop, and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

Work extensively on CMDB, including configuration, maintenance, and optimization.

Configure and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM applications.

Develop and maintain CI relationships, identification rules, reconciliation rules, and data models.

Troubleshoot CMDB data quality, duplicate CIs, and relationship issues.

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party monitoring and infrastructure tools.

Support MID Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Implement best practices for CMDB Health, data completeness, correctness, and compliance.

Collaborate with business, infrastructure, and application teams to understand requirements.

Participate in solution design, testing, deployment,



and production support activities.

Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards.

? Required Skills

5+ years of ServiceNow experience.

Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM.

Excellent knowledge of CMDB and Configuration Management.

Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.

Good understanding of CIs, CI relationships, CSDM, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE).

Experience with MID Servers and integrations.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, REST/SOAP APIs.

Experience with IT infrastructure, monitoring, cloud, and enterprise applications is preferred.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

? Preferred

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

ServiceNow CIS – ITOM certification.

Experience with CSDM / CMDB implementation and optimization.

Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
