Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Quality Analyst to independently manage QA activities across Salesforce applications and integrated systems. The role involves test planning and execution, exploratory and regression testing, troubleshooting, defect management, and collaboration with Salesforce development, engineering, support, and deployment teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Salesforce QA experience, particularly across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with practical knowledge of testing Apex, Visualforce, Flows, integrations, and web services. Immediate availability is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate high-level effort estimates for assigned QA activities and take ownership of execution.
- Independently manage QA tasks and use knowledge of Salesforce org and system infrastructure to investigate issues.
- Troubleshoot application errors and performance issues using exploratory testing and structured investigation techniques.
- Create detailed test cases, execute test scenarios, and identify defects in newly developed Salesforce features.
- Perform regression testing and prepare comprehensive defect and test-result reports with reproducible steps and supporting screenshots.
- Review project documentation, customer requirements, and product objectives to design effective test cases.
- Investigate customer-reported issues, reproduce defects, manage bug reports, and capture relevant Salesforce logs for diagnosis.
- Support technical communication with customer and internal teams and collaborate with deployment teams to resolve system-level issues.




- Work closely with Salesforce teams on application support, analysis, testing, communication, and implementation activities.
- Stay informed about product changes and anticipate potential environmental or code changes that may affect application quality.
- Contribute to improvements in QA processes, procedures, and working practices.
- Follow defined processes, guidelines, instructions, and policies while completing day-to-day QA activities.
- Collaborate with developers to reinforce testing processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Work effectively under pressure while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.

Required Technical Skills

- 4+ years of experience in a QA role focused on Salesforce.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- 4+ years of hands-on testing experience involving Apex, Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce integrated or interfacing applications.
- Experience testing web services using tools such as ReadyAPI and Postman.
- Hands-on experience with UI, regression, performance, usability, acceptance, exploratory, and ad-hoc testing.
- Ability to review, create, and execute detailed test cases.
- Experience performing end-to-end testing before UAT.
- Strong defect identification, documentation, tracking, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to capture and interpret relevant Salesforce logs during issue investigation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within an Agile team.

Preferred Skills

- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- ISTQB certification or strong familiarity with ISTQB principles and practices.




- Experience with Salesforce application support and implementation activities.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations and interfacing applications.
- Experience collaborating with developers, engineering teams, deployment teams, and customers.
- High level of self-motivation and willingness to learn new testing methodologies and technologies.

Relevant Salesforce QA experience and hands-on testing expertise are essential for the role.

Certifications

Salesforce Administrator or ISTQB certification is desired and preferred.

Experience 4+ years of Salesforce QA experience, including 4+ years of hands-on testing of Apex, Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce integrated applications.
