Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high‑quality Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud , and custom platform capabilities. This role requires strong hands-on development expertise, deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices, and the ability to provide technical leadership while delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Architecture

- Design and develop complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools .
- Build and optimize triggers, classes, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, flows, validation rules, and custom objects
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices , security standards, and governor limits.
- Contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions and platform decision-making.

Technical Leadership & Mentoring

- Provide technical guidance and to junior and mid‑level Salesforce developers.
- Conduct code reviews , enforce standards, and promote reusable components.
- Participate in design discussions and provide estimates and solution options.

Integrations & Data Management

- Design and implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs platform events, and middleware where required.
- Support data migration, data qmentoring uality checks, and large‑volume data handling.
- Collaborate with external system teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integrations
- Agile Delivery & Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, Architects, and DevOps teams .
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning,



daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives .
- Translate business requirements into scalable and reliable technical Salesforce solutions.
- Testing, Release & Support
- Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure required test coverage and long-term code quality.
- Support CI/CD pipelines , deployment processes, and release planning.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis , and implement permanent fixes.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Technical Skills

- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience .
- Robust expertise in:

Apex

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Salesforce Flows and Automation

- Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rules, and governor limits .
- Proven experience implementing Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud solutions.

Integration & Tools

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and external system integrations.
- Experience with version control (Git) , CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Soft Skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to independently own complex deliverables and guide teams toward successful outcomes.
- Strong focus on quality, performance, and scalability .

Must Have

- Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Architect track).
- Experience with Experience Cloud , Omni‑Channel, or Einstein features.
- Exposure to enterprise‑scale or multi‑org Salesforce implementations.
- Knowledge of DevOps and automated testing frameworks for Salesforce.
