Role Description The Senior Sales role at Spacia Interiors is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for interior projects. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding their requirements, preparing proposals, and presenting solutions aligned with company capabilities.

The Senior

Sales qualified will manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts and pricing,



and coordinate with project and design teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction. The role also involves mentoring junior sales team members, contributing to sales strategies, and representing the company at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and client interactions.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience in interiors, real estate, or related industries.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Experience in Training or mentoring sales team members to achieve performance targets.
- Ability to understand interior projects, space planning, and execution processes.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant industry experience may be considered.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work on-site in Pune Division.
