Responsibilities

- Design develop test deploy and support enterprise solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components LWC SOQL Salesforce APIs Flow and other Salesforce platform capabilities
- Design and implement Service Cloud capabilities including Case Management OmniChannel Entitlements Milestones Knowledge EmailtoCase WebtoCase and agent experiences
- Develop intelligent case assignment and routing solutions based on customer product region language entitlement support tier priority agent skills and other business criteria
- Build reusable Lightning components and agent experiences that improve productivity and provide relevant customer context
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and contactcenter identity data and other Autodesk enterprise platforms
- Develop secure and scalable integrations using RESTSOAP APIs Platform Events Change Data Capture web services and eventdriven integration patterns
- Design automation using the appropriate combination of Salesforce Flow Apex platform configuration and integration services minimizing unnecessary custom code
- Establish clear separation between configurable business rules and application logic to improve maintainability and business agility
- Design robust exception handling retry fallback and recovery mechanisms for integrations and automated processes
- Optimize Salesforce implementations for performance scalability security governor limits and platform best practices
- Build automated unit integration regression and deployment testing into the engineering lifecycle
- Establish monitoring and observability for Salesforce integrations routing automation asynchronous processing and critical customerservice workflows
- Troubleshoot complex production issues spanning Salesforce integrations contactcenter platforms and downstream systems




- Participate in architecture reviews technical design sessions code reviews and engineering governance
- Contribute to CICD sourcecontrol releasemanagement and DevOps practices for the Salesforce platform
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership on Salesforce development standards and Service Cloud architecture
- Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into sustainable technical solutions

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of Salesforce development experience including significant handson experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Strong development experience with Apex Lightning Web Components SOQLSOSL Salesforce APIs and asynchronous Apex
- Solid experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative platform capabilities
- Experience implementing Service Cloud capabilities such as Case Management OmniChannel Knowledge Entitlements Milestones and serviceconsole experiences
- Experience designing complex case routing assignment escalation and automation
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models sharing roles profiles permission sets and platform security
- Experience developing integrations using RESTSOAP APIs and modern eventdriven integration patterns
- Understanding of Salesforce governor limits transaction management bulk processing performance optimization and scalable design patterns
- Experience with Salesforce development lifecycle Git CICD automated testing and releasemanagement practices
- Experience troubleshooting complex Salesforce applications and enterprise integrations
- Strong communication problemsolving and crossfunctional collaboration skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Deep experience designing and implementing largescale Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
- Experience with OmniChannel routing skillsbased routing presence configuration capacity models and workload management
