We help clients understand complaint procedures, organize evidence, prepare documentation, and approach the appropriate authorities, including SEBI and other relevant departments.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Executive with an interest in the stock market, share trading, and investment-related frauds. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads related to trading scams, understanding clients’ concerns, explaining our professional support services, and converting qualified leads into clients through ethical and transparent communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with individuals affected by trading scams, investment fraud, and share market-related financial fraud.
- Understand complaints involving SEBI-registered Research Analysts (RAs), Investment Advisers (IAs), stockbrokers, trading platforms, and other investment service providers.
- Possess a basic understanding of the share market, equity trading, stockbroking, investment products, and common trading scams.
- Explain ScamFree India’s consultation, documentation assistance, and complaint-filing guidance services to prospective clients.
- Identify and qualify leads based on the nature of the scam, financial loss,



client requirements, and service suitability.
- Ask relevant questions to understand the client’s experience with suspected fraudulent investment advisers, trading groups, or market-related service providers.
- Explain the general complaint procedures involving SEBI, exchanges, brokers, banks, and cybercrime authorities, as applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of client details, scam amounts, lead status, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Follow up with potential clients and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the documentation and support teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Handle client queries professionally, sensitively, and ethically.
- Ensure that no false promises, guaranteed returns, or guaranteed recovery of funds are communicated to clients.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Freshers with robust share market knowledge may apply.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, stockbroking, financial services, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the Indian share market, equity trading, stockbroking, and investment products.
- Basic understanding of SEBI and the roles of SEBI-registered Research Analysts (RAs) and Investment Advisers (IAs).
- Awareness of common trading scams, fake investment platforms,



guaranteed-return schemes, and fraudulent advisory services.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Hindi, Punjabi, and English is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM software.
- Ability to handle sensitive client conversations and work toward sales targets.

- Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
