About SMR (Spill My Realty)

SMR is a B2B SaaS platform built for property dealers and real estate brokers across India, with a robust base in Tricity (Mohali, Zirakpur, Kharar, New Chandigarh, Panchkula, Chandigarh, Derabassi) and expanding into wider Punjab. Our app helps independent brokers build their personal brand, get ready-to-post marketing creatives, and manage project and resale inventory — all from their phone.

Role: Field Sales Executive

This is an on-ground role. You will visit property dealer offices across Tricity, demo the SMR app face-to-face, onboard new brokers, and close paid subscriptions. If you know how to walk into a dealer's office, build trust in 10 minutes, and walk out with a signup — this role is for you.

What you'll do

- Visit 8–12 property dealer and broker offices daily across your assigned area
- Give live app demos on your phone — show, don't just tell
- Onboard new dealers, complete their profile setup, and get them to their first post
- Close paid plan subscriptions on the spot and collect payment digitally
- Build a personal territory map of dealers — who's active, who's serious, who needs follow-up
- Attend local builder launches, property events, and dealer meetups to source leads
- Coordinate with the telecalling team on warm leads that need an in-person push
- Update every visit outcome in the CRM / daily tracker the same day
- Bring back ground reality — what dealers actually want — to the product team

What we're looking for





- 1–3 years of field sales experience (real estate, SaaS, fintech, B2B services, telecom, or FMCG distribution)
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence — non-negotiable for this role
- Strong local knowledge of Tricity and comfort travelling across Mohali, Zirakpur, Kharar, Panchkula and nearby areas
- Fluent in Punjabi and Hindi; working English for reporting
- Confident, presentable, and able to handle a room full of sceptical dealers
- Self-driven — this role has no one looking over your shoulder all day
- Graduate in any stream preferred
- Existing network in the Tricity real estate market is a big plus
