Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil and will have a robust background in B2B sales, exceptional data analysis skills, and robust leadership abilities. This role will focus on driving sales across the South India region, with a preference for candidates with pan India sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the Mumbai region.
- Manage and lead a sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve performance goals.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
- Present and demonstrate products to clients in a professional and engaging manner.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the metal industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Well-presented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil is essential.
- Experience in handling a team and managing a sales region is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in pan India sales.
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
