Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Senior Sales Advisor role based in Gurugram.

The Senior Sales

Advisor will engage with business customers over phone and digital channels, advising them on suitable insurance products and solutions in Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil, along with clear communication in English or Hindi. Daily responsibilities include understanding client requirements, explaining policy features and benefits, addressing queries,



and guiding customers through the end-to-end sales and onboarding process. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and collaborating with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and claims support.

The Senior Sales

Advisor will also contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback, participating in product and process training, and mentoring junior team members when required.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build trust, handle objections, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills, including fluency in Telugu, Kannada, or Tamil, along with proficiency in English or Hindi.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, with some experience in consultative selling, target achievement, and upselling or cross-selling products in B2B space
- Candidates with prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services are preferred
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, along with the ability to work flexible shifts as per business requirements.
