Roles & Responsibilities:

Independently manage and expand a portfolio of HNI clients.

Conduct regular client reviews and provide in-depth wealth management advice.

Convert qualified leads provided by the company into long-term relationships (no cold calling).

Recommend and structure mutual funds and investment solutions based on client goals.

Mentor junior RMs and support them in client handling.





Deliver an exceptional client experience while consistently exceeding business targets.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Sound knowledge of financial products with prior experience in wealth/investment advisory.

Self-driven, skilled, and target-oriented approach.

Ability to handle high-value client relationships independently.
