We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Valuation with 3 to 5 Years for Gurugram Location,.

? Key Responsibilities

- Support valuation engagements including property and portfolio-level analysis
- Develop valuation models, perform financial reconciliation, and prepare final deliverables

• Work on Purchase Price Allocation (ASC 805)

• Assist with Lease Accounting and Fair Value Measurement (ASC 842)

- Collaborate with teams across India and the US
- Support managers on multiple valuation and advisory projects
- Demonstrate independent judgment and strong decision-making skills
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture
- Travel and support additional projects as required.

? Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in real estate finance,



economics, business, accounting, or related field

• 3+ years of experience with real estate valuation standards

• Strong knowledge of ASC 805, ASC 842 , and fair value concepts

- Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and reconciliation skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel ; Argus, CoStar or similar valuation tools preferred

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a quick-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
