Role Description The Senior Project Manager (Interior) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for end-to-end management of interior design and fit-out projects. This role oversees project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely and quality delivery. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with design teams, vendors, contractors, and clients; supervising site execution; monitoring materials and logistics; and resolving project issues proactively.

Manager will conduct regular inspections, track project progress, manage documentation, and uphold safety and quality standards.



The role also involves mentoring junior team members and contributing to continuous improvement of project management processes.

Qualifications

- Solid project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience leading multiple interior projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on expeditor and expediting capabilities to track orders, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Inspection skills and quality control experience to review work in office and verify compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate materials, scheduling, site readiness, and vendor/contractor activities.
- Relevant experience in interior design, fit-out, or construction project management, preferably in residential or commercial interiors.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management tools and basic understanding of design and construction drawings.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to work in office, manage deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
