Role Description The Senior Project Director is responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of real estate projects, from concept through completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close coordination with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams, as well as external partners and vendors.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing project plans, monitoring progress, resolving operational issues, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. The role also involves stakeholder management with customers, leadership, and consultants, preparing status reports, and driving continuous improvement in project processes and execution.

Qualifications

- Proven experience leading large-scale real estate or construction projects from inception to handover, with strong project planning and execution capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and consultants while maintaining quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
- Strong skills in stakeholder communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution, with the ability to present complex project information clearly.
- Working knowledge of building codes, regulatory requirements, contracts, and safety standards relevant to real estate development.
- Capacity to analyze project risks, implement mitigation plans, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., PMP, RICS) is an advantage.
- Experience with project management tools, scheduling software, and reporting systems; proficiency in MS Office and relevant construction software.
- Track record of mentoring and developing project teams, fostering a cooperative and accountable culture.
