Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Coordinator to manage project coordination, planning, tracking, communication, and delivery of software development projects. The role involves working closely with Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Skills

- 4–7 years of experience in IT/Software Project Coordination
- Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure Boards, Asana, Trello, or similar tools
- Positive understanding of SDLC, sprint planning, backlog management, and project tracking
- Experience coordinating Development, QA, BA, UI/UX, and cross-functional teams
- Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and delivery tracking
- Experience in risk, issue, dependency, and blocker management
- Strong stakeholder communication and team coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and track software development projects from initiation to delivery.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and task ownership.




- Coordinate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Maintain and update project boards, trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Developers, QA, BA, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure tasks and deliverables are completed within timelines.
- Track and manage risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate progress, concerns, and updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct project meetings, document discussions and action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Monitor deliverables for quality and alignment with project requirements.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between technical teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working on software/IT projects in an Agile environment.
- Strong experience with Jira or Asana Boards.
- Good understanding of software development processes and cross-functional team coordination.
- Strong communication, ownership, leadership, and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
