- Procurement of inner wires, imports, CRC / HRC sheets, plastic raw materials, fresh enquiry on raw materials, MIS and improvement activities.

- Including VD ( Costing)

- Releasing of schedule

- Monitoring of schedule
- Participation in reconciliation of accounts

- Participation in daily review meeting to know the status and act accordingly

- MIS report daily and weekly

- Implementation of change management
- Cost reduction of procured components through alternate sources VA/VE , freight reduction, tax reduction.
