Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Program Manager with 4-5 years of experience, preferably in startup environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional programs, and ensuring seamless execution across teams.

Qualifications

- 4-5 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Strategy, or related roles.

- Prior experience working in startups or high-growth companies is strongly preferred.

- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership of outcomes.

- High attention to detail and strong execution capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in operations-heavy or tech-enabled businesses.

- Familiarity with project management tools and workflow systems.

- Exposure to SaaS, hospitality, or startup ecosystems is a plus.

- MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
