Product: Works closely with Engineering, Credit & Risk, Legal & Compliance, Business teams and external lending partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the product roadmap for Airpay Capitals lending platform and credit products across unsecured and secured loans, EMI / Pay Later and cards.
- Design and evolve the multi-lender platform lender eligibility, offer matching and ranking, and the underwriting and decisioning journey.
- Lead onboarding and integration of new bank / NBFC lending partners: scoping, API mapping, integration, testing and go-live.
- Build end-to-end merchant and consumer loan journeys onboarding, KYC and consent, bureau-based eligibility, offer selection, disbursement and repayment.
- Drive distribution of credit products across Airpays merchant and consumer platforms, including partner commercial constructs.
- Ensure product design meets RBI Digital Lending Guidelines, KYC norms and data-protection (DPDP) requirements, in partnership with Legal & Compliance.
- Write PRDs, manage the backlog in Jira,



run product / engineering / partner reviews and drive delivery through to launch.
- Define and track product metrics funnel conversion, approval rates, turnaround time, disbursement and portfolio quality — and iterate on the product accordingly.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce or Business; MBA preferred.
- 5–8 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in lending / credit (LSP, lending marketplace, NBFC-tech, BNPL or bank digital lending).

Skills and Experience:

- Hands-on with the digital lending lifecycle: credit bureau pulls (CIBIL / CRIF), underwriting and decisioning disbursement and reconciliation flows.
- Working understanding of co-lending, FLDG / DLG and LSP / marketplace constructs.
- Has owned lender or partner API integrations end-to-end; can read a SOW and spec an API map independently.
- Proven delivery track record — PRD Jira prototype launch; comfortable running three-way product / engineering / partner reviews.
- Working knowledge of RBI Digital Lending Guidelines, KYC norms and the DPDP Act.
- Solid analytical and communication skills; comfortable working with funnel and portfolio data.
