This is a highly technical Senior Power Platform / Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer position.

We are not looking for functional consultants, CRM administrators, Power BI developers, low-code-only developers, or candidates with only Power Automate experience.

Candidates MUST meet ALL of the following:

- 15+ years of overall software development experience
- 8+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development
- 8+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM development
- Strong hands-on C# / .NET development
- Strong Dynamics CRM plugin development
- Experience with custom workflows, custom actions and web resources
- Hands-on Power Apps – Canvas and Model-Driven Apps
- Hands-on Power Automate

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technical development experience to support an enterprise modernization initiative.

The ideal candidate will have extensive software development experience and strong hands-on expertise across Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 CRM, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, C#/.NET, plugins, web resources, APIs, SQL and Azure integration services.

The strongest candidate will have progressed from traditional C#/.NET development → Dynamics CRM → Dynamics 365 CRM → Power Platform, with deep technical development experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Develop Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Design and implement business processes using Power Automate.
- Develop Dynamics CRM plugins,



custom workflows, custom actions, business rules and web resources.
- Develop custom components using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
- Develop and configure solutions using Microsoft Dataverse.
- Develop and consume REST APIs and web services for enterprise integrations.
- Design and implement integrations using Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps and Azure API Management.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM/Power Platform with third-party and enterprise applications.
- Support migration of legacy applications and workflows to Microsoft Power Platform.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning and production support.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure development best practices.
- Develop reusable technical components and frameworks.
- Prepare technical design documents, architecture documents, deployment guides and system documentation.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, Project Managers and business stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, testing and release activities.
