About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to design, build, automate, and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.

You will work closely with development and engineering teams to build reliable infrastructure, improve deployment processes, strengthen security, and enable teams to deliver software faster and more efficiently.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving infrastructure challenges, automating manual processes, improving system reliability, and working with modern cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS.
- Manage and maintain production Kubernetes/EKS clusters.
- Build and maintain reusable Terraform modules and infrastructure automation.
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines for application build and deployment.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices across environments.
- Implement DevSecOps practices and integrate security into development and deployment workflows.
- Manage application and infrastructure deployments using Helm.
- Automate infrastructure and operational processes using scripting and modern DevOps tools.
- Monitor system health, performance, availability, and reliability.
- Implement and improve observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment,



and production issues.
- Work with development and engineering teams to improve deployment speed and reliability.
- Follow cloud security, access control, and infrastructure best practices.
- Contribute to platform standards, documentation, and automation initiatives.

Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes / Amazon EKS.
- Strong expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Positive understanding of DevSecOps practices and cloud security.
- Experience with Helm for Kubernetes application deployment.
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Strong automation and scripting skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex production and infrastructure issues.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with SOC 2 compliance and technical security controls.
- Knowledge of FinOps and AWS cost optimization.
- Experience with Policy-as-Code.
- Experience with Kafka and Redis.
- Knowledge of Aurora and managed AWS database services.
- Experience with Prometheus and Grafana.
- Understanding of SLOs and SLIs and reliability engineering practices.
- Experience working with large-scale or high-availability production environments.
