Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Outreach & Recruitment Manager to lead and manage recruitment outreach initiatives across fresher and lateral hiring programs.

The role will be responsible for building robust relationships with colleges, institutions, corporates, candidates, and other talent ecosystem stakeholders to create and manage effective hiring pipelines. The candidate will drive recruitment campaigns, campus hiring initiatives, lateral hiring programs, candidate engagement, and end-to-end coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment and outreach experience, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage hiring initiatives while achieving defined recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

● Corporate Partnerships → Build and manage relationships with enterprises,

startups,



and HR leaders to drive hiring collaborations.

● Build and manage relationships with colleges, corporates, HR teams, and institutions.

● Institutional Alliances → Partner with colleges, NGOs, and training institutes to strengthen placement pipelines.

● Lateral Hiring Programs → Design workflows for experienced hires, integrate

AI‐proctored assessments, and deliver mid‐career talent solutions.

● Business Development → Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets through corporate and institutional deals.

● Brand & Growth → Drive awareness campaigns, corporate events, and employer branding initiatives.

● Leadership → Lead outreach teams, align with marketing/ops, and ensure execution excellence.
