Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with robust hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive customer acquisition, revenue, and overall performance marketing growth.

The ideal candidate comes from a digital marketing agency background, has managed multiple campaigns/accounts across industries, and has experience leading or mentoring a performance marketing team. This is a hands-on role where strategic thinking and execution are equally important.

Core Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Own campaign performance across key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue.
- Develop and execute paid media strategies based on business and growth objectives.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spends across platforms, campaigns, audiences, and creatives.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Continuously analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.




- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, copies, and landing-page requirements.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, and campaign attribution in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Prepare regular performance reports and communicate insights, learnings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders/clients.
- Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, attribution, tracking, and performance marketing trends.
- Lead, mentor, and guide junior performance marketers and help improve team processes and campaign execution.
- Review team campaigns, provide strategic inputs, and ensure performance targets are met.
- Handle multiple campaigns/accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and performance.

Qualifications

- 3–6+ years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Digital Marketing Agency experience is a must/preferred.
- Experience managing multiple clients/campaigns and significant ad budgets.
- Proven understanding of lead generation, e-commerce, remarketing & funnel optimization.
- Prior experience in team handling/leadership.
- Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills
