Person should understand Ecommerce pick up operations
- Should be able to track shipments
- Should understand Ecommerce delivery operations
- Should understand After delivery operations (POD/COD collection/COD remittance)
- Should be able to work on MIS preparation and analysis
- Should be able to reconcile charged weight of shipments and Query resolution
- Should be able to coordinate with customers & resolve their issues
- Should understand Ecommerce operations cycle
- Should have good geographical knowledge
- Should understand management of exceptions (Damages/Delay in connectivity/Delayed deliveries/non-COD remittance
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Robust communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Excel.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Must be able to interact with Courier partners effectively & resolve queries.
