Role Description The Senior Operations Manager – DME Accounts Receivable is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for DME (Durable Medical Equipment) accounts receivable, including managing AR teams, monitoring billing and collections workflows, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of claim submission and follow-up. The person in this role will review performance metrics, identify process gaps, implement improvements, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex AR and reimbursement issues.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with payer policies and regulatory requirements, mentoring team leads, conducting regular training, and preparing operational reports and forecasts for leadership.

Manager will also participate in strategic planning for AR operations and support continuous optimization of revenue cycle processes.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in DME accounts receivable operations, including billing, collections, and denial management for durable medical equipment.
- Proven leadership capabilities in managing AR teams or revenue cycle operations, with skills in team supervision, performance management, and coaching.
- Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, payer rules, and regulatory compliance relevant to DME and broader provider organizations.
- Analytical skills for interpreting AR metrics, building reports, identifying trends, and driving data-informed process improvements.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple operational initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with AR and RCM software tools, spreadsheets, and reporting systems; experience with DME-specific systems is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in revenue cycle or operations management are a plus.
- Prior experience in a senior operations or managerial role in healthcare RCM, especially with DME providers, preferred.
