1. `Supplier performance monitoring and evaluationof recent supplier selection and supplier development and supplier Qualitymanagement `
2. `Knowledge of Supplier process/Productaudit/Internal audit/Report writing/NC handling `
3. `T-2 VSA Audit understanding `
4. `Knowledge of 5 Core tool ( APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPCPPAP) `
5. `Knowledge of 8D report preparation-Why-Why analysis `

6- Drawing reading/Understanding- Mechanical parts 7 Part inspection/Layout inspection/Revalidation planaudit

8- Instruments operating/Understanding- Digital-Vernier / HeightGauge / Profile projector/Vertical Measuring machine etc,





9- Tool duplication parts inspection/Tool trial at supplier end

Condition- Working plantin Gujrat and monthly/as per requirement visit in NCR suppliers

COREAREA- Plastic Injection moulding/Sheet metal parts handling and partdevelopment process and basic knowledge of electronics components
