Key Responsibilities

1. Control System Development Design and implement control algorithms for engine management systems (EMS) and power electronics.

Develop software logic for start/stop sequences, load sharing, and synchronization between multiple genset units. Optimize PID loops for frequency and voltage regulation to ensure stability under varying load conditions.
1. Calibration & Optimization Perform base engine calibration, including fuel mapping, ignition timing, and air-path management.

Calibrate diagnostic monitors (OBD) to meet regulatory requirements and internal safety standards. Conduct cold-start, transient response, and steady-state performance tuning on test benches and in-field prototypes.
1. Advanced Manufacturing Integration Collaborate with the manufacturing team to develop End-of-Line (EOL) testing protocols.





Automate calibration flash processes for the assembly line to improve throughput and reduce human error. Analyze field data and manufacturing telemetry to identify opportunities for "over-the-air" (OTA) calibration updates.
1. Validation & Testing Utilize Model-in-the-Loop (MIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulations to validate control strategies before physical deployment.

Lead thermal and mechanical stress tests to ensure calibration remains robust across extreme environmental conditions.
