Experience: 02 to 05 Years Qualification: M.Sc in Biotechnology/Microbiology Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support and coordination assistance to the Application Services team.

- Assist in conducting trainings and impart technical knowledge to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Support troubleshooting activities and ensure timely resolution of application-related concerns.
- Manage demo requisitions including handling requests, maintaining records, processing updates, and obtaining approvals.
- Assist in Salesforce ticket management, monitoring, and follow-up to ensure timely closure of customer and service requests.
- Maintain and manage the replacement tracker.Verify replacement requests as per agreed terms and conditions and coordinate for timely processing.
- Coordinate with data analysts to obtain dashboard data and reports as required by the application team.
- Support preparation of periodic reports and operational data analysis.
- Assist in the timely collection, analysis, and follow-up of customer feedback.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of operational activities.
- Handle additional job responsibilities and tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.
