Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 3–5 years of relevant experience in MEP/mechanical system design, preferably within commercial buildings, restaurants, cafés, and similar projects.

The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in mechanical design and be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. Knowledge of HAP is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop mechanical HVAC systems for commercial buildings, restaurants, cafés, and related projects.
- Prepare detailed mechanical design drawings and layouts using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Develop HVAC layouts, equipment selection, ductwork, piping, and related mechanical systems.
- Perform cooling-load calculations and equipment sizing.
- Coordinate mechanical designs with architectural, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP disciplines.
- Review project requirements, drawings, specifications, and design standards.
- Prepare design documentation, schedules, calculations, and technical drawings.
- Conduct design reviews and identify clashes or coordination issues.
- Support project teams during design development and construction stages.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors,



and other engineering disciplines when required.
- Review shop drawings and provide technical support during project execution.
- Ensure design deliverables are completed accurately and within project deadlines.

Software Skills
- Revit – Mandatory
- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- HAP – Preferred / Not Mandatory

Required Project Experience Must have relevant experience in:

- Commercial buildings
- Restaurants
- Cafés
- F&B; outlets
- Retail / hospitality projects
- Other commercial MEP projects

Candidates without relevant commercial / restaurant / café / F&B; project experience may not be suitable for this position. Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of relevant mechanical/MEP design experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of HVAC and mechanical system design.
- Proven experience working on commercial and F&B; projects.
- Strong knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
- HAP experience is an advantage.
- Good understanding of MEP coordination and design principles.
