Key Responsibilities

- Build and execute the company's overall marketing & lead-generation strategy
- Generate high-quality, qualified real estate leads through Meta, Google and other relevant channels
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, budgets, CPL and lead quality
- Build a strong brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google and other relevant platforms
- Develop and manage the company's content and social media strategy
- Plan campaigns for individual projects based on location, pricing, target audience and inventory
- Build lead funnels from Advertisement Lead Qualification Site Visit Booking
- Set up and manage CRM, lead tracking, reporting and marketing analytics
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversion
- Identify new lead-generation opportunities including corporate tie-ups, referrals, events, local marketing and partnerships
- Build and eventually manage the marketing team, including performance marketing, content, design and other required functions
- Track marketing ROI and continuously improve campaigns based on actual business results

Who We're Looking For:




- 4 to 6 years of relevant marketing experience
- Real estate marketing experience is strongly preferred
- Prior experience with a real estate channel partner, brokerage, developer or property sales company is highly preferred
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing
- Strong understanding of CRM, funnels, analytics and conversion tracking
- Ability to build a marketing department and processes from scratch
- Strong understanding of the Indian real estate market
- Someone who is strategic but also willing to execute themselves
- Strong communication, ownership and leadership skills
