B-Vyapari is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and drive customer acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with B-Vyapari’s business objectives.
- Lead brand marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Plan and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, social media, content, email and other relevant channels .
- Develop strategies for lead generation, customer engagement and conversion.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, conversion rates and overall marketing ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance and resource allocation.
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute content and communication strategies to strengthen B-Vyapari’s market positioning.
- Monitor key marketing metrics such as leads, CAC, conversion rate, ROAS, engagement and revenue contribution.
- Coordinate with creative, content, sales and technology teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Identify new channels, partnerships and marketing opportunities for business expansion.
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand presence across digital and offline touchpoints.




- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and present insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field ; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in SaaS, technology, B2B or business software.
- Robust experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, brand strategy and lead generation .
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media and marketing analytics.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer acquisition and conversion optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and teams while working towards measurable business outcomes.
- Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.
