We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the Sales & Marketing team, drive business growth, achieve revenue targets, manage P&L;, and expand our client base across Facility Management, One-Time Cleaning, and Placement Services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the Sales & Marketing team to achieve business targets.

- Drive revenue growth and manage the P&L; for the business.

- Generate recent leads and convert them into long-term clients.

- Develop business across Facility Management and Placement Services.

- Build strong client relationships and negotiate business contracts.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Attend client meetings, networking events, and travel as required to develop business.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹89,902.89 per month
