Lead the evolution of the firm's multi-tenant SOC/MDR operation into a AI-native security operations capability by introducing Agentic AI, intelligent automation, advanced threat hunting and security orchestration. The role will drive the modernization of SOC operations, technology, processes and skills to significantly improve security effectiveness, analyst productivity, scalability and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the transformation of existing security operations through Agentic AI, automation, advanced threat hunting and security orchestration.
- Own end-to-end SOC operations across multiple enterprise customers, including monitoring, triage, investigation, response and escalation.
- Evaluate, select and operationalize next-generation AI SOC, SIEM, XDR, SOAR and security orchestration platforms.
- Introduce AI-driven autonomous triage, investigation, threat hunting, detection engineering and response, with appropriate human-in-the-loop controls.
- Identify and automate repetitive SOC processes to increase analyst capacity, consistency and response speed.
- Strengthen advanced threat hunting, detection engineering and MITRE ATT&CK-aligned; capabilities.
- Lead response to major and complex incidents, including ransomware, identity compromise and cloud attacks.
- Manage and develop the SOC team across analysts, incident responders, threat hunters, detection engineers and automation specialists.
- Establish and continuously improve SOC KPIs, SLAs, MTTD, MTTR, false-positive rates, automation rates and detection effectiveness.
- Ensure secure and efficient multi-tenant operations, customer isolation and service quality.
- Serve as the senior operational escalation point for strategic customers and support executive security reviews.
- Continuously assess emerging AI,



security operations and threat technologies and translate them into practical SOC capabilities.
- Work with Consulting, Engineering and Sales leadership to continuously enhance the firm's SOC/MDR service offerings and competitive differentiation.

Ideal Candidate

- 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with robust SOC, MDR, MSSP or enterprise security operations background.
- Proven experience managing enterprise or multi-customer SOC environments.
- Strong technical understanding of SIEM, XDR/EDR, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, Cloud and Identity Security.
- Strong background in incident response, threat hunting and detection engineering.
- Practical understanding of Agentic AI, AI-driven security operations and automation.
- Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK; and modern adversary techniques.
- Ability to combine technical leadership, operational management, innovation and executive-level customer engagement.

Success in the Role : The successful candidate will lead a SOC where: AI handles the scale, Automation, augment the expertise of team. The customer receives measurable security outcomes. Key measures include MTTD, MTTR, false-positive reduction, automation rate, detection effectiveness, SLA compliance, customer satisfaction and SOC cost efficiency, SOC revenue, bottom-line growth. Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
