About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Program and Project Management professional to support portfolio delivery and governance activities across a complex technology environment. The role focuses on portfolio management, project financial management, governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making.

Experience within the financial services industry and multinational banking environments is highly relevant.

The role will support the Portfolio Delivery Lead across portfolio and programme management activities, including business cases, NFRs, and portfolio data management. The candidate will maintain portfolio structures and hierarchies, ensuring information remains aligned with the current change portfolio and legacy structures are appropriately archived.

The position will support Value Streams with NFR and CIA completion while collecting, analysing, and preparing portfolio data for senior stakeholder reporting. The role requires the ability to translate complex project and financial information into clear, actionable insights.

The candidate will work as part of a portfolio accountability team and build strong relationships across the organisation. Success in the role requires strong programme management experience, financial and commercial awareness, operational risk management, and an understanding of technology delivery methodologies and their practical application.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Portfolio Delivery Lead with portfolio and programme management activities, business cases, and NFRs.
- Maintain portfolio structures and hierarchies, ensuring alignment with the current change portfolio.
- Support Value Streams with NFR and CIA completion.
- Collect, analyse,



and consolidate Value Stream data for senior stakeholder reporting.
- Apply project management and estimation techniques to support portfolio planning and delivery.
- Analyse project financials, including estimates and actual burn-up, to support informed decisions.
- Identify and mitigate operational and delivery risks across the portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with critical internal and external stakeholders.
