We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Operations to oversee facility management and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, team management, client coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily facility management and site operations
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance and support staff
- Ensure smooth manpower deployment, attendance and shift scheduling
- Help in manpower sourcing and take necessary steps to recruit employees
- Handle client coordination and resolve operational issues promptly
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain service quality
- Monitor staff performance, discipline and productivity
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely completion of maintenance work




- Prepare operational reports and maintain necessary records
- Handle emergency situations and ensure quick resolution
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Facility Management
- Strong team handling and leadership skills
- Valuable communication and client management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple sites/teams efficiently
- Good knowledge of day-to-day facility operations
- Candidates with experience in security, housekeeping, maintenance or integrated facility management will be preferred
