Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Logistics with robust experience in the Steel & Metal industry to manage end-to-end logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end logistics, transportation, warehousing & distribution operations.
- Drive cost optimization, timely delivery, and logistics efficiency .
- Manage 3PL vendors, transporters, freight forwarders & warehouse partners .
- Monitor logistics KPIs, MIS, inventory & operational performance .
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety & company standards .
- Lead the logistics team and drive process improvement & automation .
- Resolve delivery, transportation,



inventory and customer-related issues.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales & Finance teams.
- 10–15 years of experience in Logistics / Transportation / Warehousing / Supply Chain.
- Steel & Metal industry experience is preferred/mandatory.
- Strong exposure to 3PL, freight management, distribution networks & inventory control .
- Experience with SAP / Oracle / ERP systems .
- Strong team leadership, negotiation, analytical & stakeholder management skills.
- Graduate in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations / Engineering or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred
