Job Title Senior Manager – Fire & Safety Department / Division Fire & Safety Position reports to Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field from accredited university. NFPA , NEBOSH , OSHA certification required.

Interface (Enlist external agencies/authorities that you are required to deal with while discharging your duty) - Government/ regulatory authorities/ statutory/ law enforcement agencies - Security vendors/ agencies (outsourced agencies/ equipment manufacturers/ Security Guard Board, etc.) - Medical Agencies - Retailers Minimum Qualification (i.e education, training etc.) - Mechanical Engineer Minimum Experience - 10-12 years of experience in real estate industry Special Skills/Attributes (required for performing the job effectively) - Develop and review Fire & Life Safety (FLS) designs for high-rise buildings from concept through construction.

- Ensure compliance with the National Building Code (NBC 2016), relevant IS standards, NFPA guide
