Senior Manager-National-Tech Consulting-CNS - TC - TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING OTHER - Bangalore

Responsibilities

- Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.

- 12+ years in software testing, Quality Engineering, consulting or technology services.

- Proven leadership of enterprise QA/QE transformations, distributed organisations and TCoEs.

- Strong experience managing portfolios, programmes, client engagements, governance and commercial outcomes.

- Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and developing senior QE talent.

- Industry experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecommunications or Technology.

- Exposure to enterprise digital, cloud, ERP, data, platform, AI and emerging technology programmes.

- Knowledge of contemporary automation, API, mobile, performance, security and test management tools and frameworks.

- Relevant Quality Engineering, Agile, DevOps, Cloud, AI or programme management certifications.

Technical Excellence

- Expertise in Quality Engineering, software testing, and consulting across enterprise technology environments. Proven ability to lead QA/QE transformations, define target operating models, and build scalable TCoE capabilities.



Strong experience managing large portfolios, programmes, governance, client engagements, and commercial outcomes.

Hands-on leadership in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, continuous testing, and automation-led quality modernisation. Capability to drive AI-enabled testing strategies, intelligent automation roadmaps, and next-generation QE adoption.
