About the Role

We are seeking a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to join a team focused on developing and scaling enterprise-grade AI and machine learning solutions.

This is a highly hands-on position for someone who enjoys building production-ready ML systems, driving architecture decisions, and partnering with research, product, and engineering teams to transform innovative ideas into real-world business applications.

The ideal candidate has solid software engineering fundamentals, deep Python expertise, and a proven track record of taking machine learning initiatives from research and proof of concept through production deployment.

What You'll Do

- Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions in production environments.
- Partner with research, product, and engineering teams to operationalize ML initiatives.
- Develop solutions for anomaly detection and advanced analytics use cases.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and MLOps workflows.
- Lead architecture decisions for ML platforms, services, and applications.
- Support cloud-based and multi-cloud deployments.
- Drive software quality through testing, automation, and code reviews.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver business-critical AI and machine learning initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- 7-10+ years of software engineering experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on Python development experience.




- Proven experience designing and deploying machine learning solutions into production.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, system design, and architecture.
- Experience building data pipelines and ML workflows.
- Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
- Cloud experience in Azure, AWS, or GCP, with Azure preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and test automation.
- Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring engineers.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- GitHub Actions experience.
- MLOps experience.
- Experience supporting NLP, Generative AI, LLM, Computer Vision, or advanced ML initiatives.
- Experience with microservices architectures.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
