Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on LLM Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade Generative AI systems using Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models (SLMs), and multimodal architectures.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build LLM-powered applications (RAG, agents, copilots)
- Fine-tune and optimize open-source and proprietary LLMs
- Build scalable RAG pipelines using vector databases
- Implement prompt engineering, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks
- Deploy models on cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Work closely with clients to translate business problems into AI solutions

Must-Have Skills

- Robust Python + ML ecosystem




- Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex / Transformers
- RAG, embeddings, vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
- LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT)
- OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Anthropic APIs
- Production deployment (Docker, Kubernetes)

Good to Have

- Multimodal AI (Vision + Text)
- Model quantization & optimization
- Experience in enterprise AI governance
