Senior Lead Quality Engineer

Job requirements

Experience Range:

- 2 to 4 years of experience, including hands-on quality engineering within Salesforce Sales Cloud

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce Sales Cloud modules, such as Opportunity Management, Sales Automation, and Forecast Management

- Develop, maintain, and optimize automated and manual test cases to validate business processes and integrations within Sales Cloud

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure sales workflows and territory planning meet quality standards and business requirements

- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools, driving resolution and continuous improvement

- Perform regression, functional, and integration testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud features to ensure system reliability and accuracy

- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams, supporting timely delivery of high-quality releases

- Configure test environments and data sets to simulate real-world sales scenarios and validate end-to-end business flows

- Enhance quality engineering best practices within the Salesforce Sales Cloud domain

- Salesforce Sales Cloud

- Prospect Management in Salesforce Sales Cloud

- Sales Automation in Salesforce Sales Cloud

- Forecast Management in Salesforce Sales Cloud

- Territory Planning in Salesforce Sales Cloud

- Selenium or Provar for Salesforce automated testing

- Manual testing methodologies for CRM systems





- Jira or TestRail for defect tracking and test management

- Regression and integration testing for Salesforce applications

- Test environment configuration and data preparation for Salesforce Sales Cloud

Preferred Skills:

- Salesforce Apex testing and custom validation

- Salesforce Lightning component and UI testing

- CI/CD pipeline integration for Salesforce deployments

- Experience with performance testing tools in Salesforce environments

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline

- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant

- Salesforce Certified Quality Engineer or relevant certification in software quality assurance or testing methodologies
