- - - Own and drive the end-to-end contracting lifecycle, including drafting agreements from scratch, reviewing and redlining counterparty templates, leading negotiations, and ensuring timely closure aligned with business objectives.
- Provide proactive legal advisory on recent business initiatives, product launches, and strategic projects, ensuring legal and regulatory risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated prior to go-live. Advise on regulatory and compliance matters under applicable laws.
- Support and execute corporate transactions, including M&A;, joint ventures, investments, and corporate restructurings.
- Act as the legal partner to the HR team on employment-related matters
- Partner closely with business teams to anticipate legal risks and develop pragmatic, business-aligned solutions.
- Engage, manage, and coordinate with external counsel for specialized matters, including due diligence and complex advisory.
- Monitor regulatory developments, interpret implications for the business, and proactively recommend policy and process enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement in contract lifecycle management, compliance monitoring frameworks, and overall risk management processes.
Educational Qualification:



LLB / LLM in Law Years of Experience (Minimum & Maximum) : 5-8 years of experience
- Preferred industry IT/ E-commerce industry
- Dedicated and persuasive.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, man-management skills, and ability to co-ordinate with different stakeholders
- Out-of-the box thinking with strong professional, analytical & inter-personal skills.
