Role Description The Senior Key Account Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Guwahati. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Daily tasks include developing account plans, monitoring performance against targets, coordinating with operations and reservations teams, and resolving client issues promptly and professionally.

The Senior Key Account





Manager will identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, prepare proposals and presentations, and participate in pricing and contract negotiations. The role also involves analyzing market trends, providing feedback to management on client needs, and supporting the design of travel solutions that align with Clubside’s service standards and regional strengths.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct basic internal audits and compliance checks.

Check books of accounts, invoices, vouchers, ledgers and supporting documents.

Identify errors, discrepancies and control gaps and report the same.

Verify GST, TDS and other statutory compliance from an audit perspective.

Assist in preparing audit reports, observations and follow-up reports.

Coordinate with Accounts and other departments for audit queries and rectification.

Assist in maintaining audit working papers and documentation.

Required Skills

Basic to working knowledge of audit and accounting.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, EPF & ESI.

Good Excel and analytical skills.

Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CS / CMA Inter or equivalent qualification.
