Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead interior design projects from concept to completion, including client briefing, design development, material selection, and coordination with architecture and landscape teams. This full time, on-site role is based in Surat and involves preparing detailed interior layouts, supervising space planning, and guiding the development of construction drawings and documentation.





Day-to-day responsibilities include managing FF&E; selections, collaborating with contractors and vendors, ensuring design quality and adherence to project timelines, and overseeing site execution to align with design intent and sustainability goals.

The Senior Interior

Designer will also mentor junior designers, contribute to presentations and proposals, and support client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Interior Design and Architecture, with demonstrated experience leading interior projects from concept to execution.
- Strong Space Planning skills, including functional layouts for residential, commercial, corporate, and industrial interiors.
- Ability to produce and review detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation for interior works.
- Experience with FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and coordination with suppliers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Advanced skills in design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Proven experience in managing clients, leading project teams, and coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants and contractors.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles, materials, and green building practices; exposure to LEED or similar standards is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, with attention to detail and design quality.
