Role Description The Senior Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves leading interior design projects from concept to completion, including client consultations, space planning, mood boards, and design presentations.

The Senior Interior

Designer will prepare and review architectural and construction drawings, coordinate FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selections, and ensure designs align with client requirements and brand standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with project managers, vendors, and contractors, overseeing site execution, monitoring quality and timelines,



and resolving design and technical issues as they arise. The role also requires mentoring junior designers, maintaining design documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of design processes and standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with experience developing functional and aesthetically aligned layouts.
- Applied knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including detailing, documentation, and coordination with project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in FF&E; selection and specification, ensuring appropriate materials, finishes, and products for design intent and durability.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Several years of experience in interior design, including leading medium to large-scale residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, and Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and a commitment to quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
- Experience working in high-end furniture or custom interior solutions is an advantage.
