About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to independently manage residential interior projects from concept to execution.

You will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring that projects are delivered with high standards of design and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage residential interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, furniture layouts, working drawings, elevations, sections, and ceiling plans .
- Create and review 3D visualizations and presentations .
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other design elements.
- Conduct client meetings and effectively present design concepts and proposals.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure execution follows approved designs and drawings.
- Review measurements, BOQs, material specifications, and project details.




- Manage project timelines and coordinate multiple design requirements simultaneously.
- Identify design and execution issues and provide practical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior designers and support the overall design team.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field .
- 2–3+ years of relevant interior design experience , preferably in residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and construction details.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max/Enscape/V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office or equivalent software.
- Strong understanding of working drawings and site execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive understanding of design aesthetics.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating completed interior projects.
