About Premium Parking

Premium Parking is industry leader in the USA and transforming urban mobility with a tech-first platform that blends AI, IoT, enterprise urban mobility, and elegant design to deliver scalable, frictionless parking and compliance solutions. As part of our Product Innovation, you'll work alongside global product, engineering, and strategy teams to build intelligent, modular solutions that operate seamlessly across kiosks, mobile apps, IoT devices, and integrated systems.

Role:

We are seeking a Senior Integration Specialist – Enterprise Systems to own and scale third-party integrations between the GLIDEPARCS® platform and the enterprise systems that power our university, municipal, and institutional clients — including Oracle PeopleSoft, Ellucian Banner, and Workday. Working within our Ruby on Rails / PostgreSQL platform stack, this role is the technical bridge between Premium Parking's platform and client ERP, SIS, HR, and finance ecosystems, delivering reliable, secure, and audit-ready data flows for parker eligibility, cloud permit provisioning, payroll deduction, and financial reconciliation.

You will work closely with US-based Product, Engineering, Customer Support, and Implementation teams to design integration architectures, run client-facing technical discovery, and productize repeatable integration patterns that accelerate deployment across North America.

Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end integration delivery between GLIDEPARCS and client enterprise systems — PeopleSoft (Campus Solutions, HCM, Financials), Ellucian Banner / Ethos, and Workday (HCM, Student, Financials).
- Lead client-facing technical discovery with university and municipal IT teams: data mapping, interface specifications, environment access, and cutover planning.
- Design and build integrations across multiple patterns: REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, batch ETL,

and secure SFTP flat-file feeds, with robust scheduling, retries, monitoring, and alerting.
- Deliver core integration use cases: parker eligibility and roster sync, cloud permit provisioning/deprovisioning, payroll deduction, GL posting, and financial reconciliation.
- Implement identity and SSO integrations (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, LDAP/Active Directory, Shibboleth/InCommon) for parker and administrator authentication.
- Ensure integrations are secure, compliant, and audit-ready — encryption in transit/at rest, PII minimization, access controls, and full traceability of data exchanges.
- Create reusable integration templates, connector documentation, runbooks, and data dictionaries to productize repeatable patterns across clients.
- Troubleshoot production integration issues end-to-end, coordinating across client IT, Customer Support, and Engineering with clear RCA and prevention actions.
- Partner with Product Managers to shape the integration roadmap, including AI-assisted mapping, validation, and monitoring capabilities.

Skills Required:

- 8–12 years of software/integration engineering experience, with 5+ years hands-on integrating enterprise ERP/SIS platforms.
- Deep, demonstrable expertise in at least two of: Oracle PeopleSoft, Ellucian Banner, Workday — including their integration tooling (Integration Broker, Ellucian Ethos/BEIS, Workday Studio/EIB/RaaS, web services).
- Robust command of REST and SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, SQL,

and file-based interfaces (fixed-width, CSV, SFTP automation).
- Hands-on development experience in Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL — building and extending integration services, background jobs, and data models within a production Rails codebase.
- Experience with middleware / iPaaS or custom orchestration (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or equivalent scripted pipelines).
- Working knowledge of SSO and identity protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, LDAP, SCIM.
- Solid grasp of data security, privacy, and compliance practices (PII handling, FERPA-style constraints, PCI-adjacent flows, SOC2 environments).
- Proven client-facing skills: running discovery workshops, writing interface specs, and communicating clearly with US-based institutional IT teams.
- Experience collaborating with distributed global teams (US–India) in Agile delivery models.

Preferred

- Higher-education or public-sector integration experience (universities, city/municipal systems, transit).
- Exposure to parking, mobility, or payments platforms; payroll deduction or bursar/student-account integrations.
- Familiarity with AWS-based services (Lambda, S3, SQS, API Gateway) for integration orchestration.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled or automation-driven integration workflows.
- Prior experience working in a GCC / Center of Excellence environment.

Why Join Us

- Work directly on AI- and GenAI-powered product & design workflows
- Shape multi-platform user experiences across kiosks, mobile, IoT devices, and 3rd-party integrations
- Collaborate with a global team while enjoying the agility of GCC India's start-up-style environment
- Bring your own tools — we encourage innovation and adoption of new in-house capabilities
- Direct impact on products used by cities, universities, and enterprises across North America
